We wanted a solution that was:

How It Works

When you open the “Compose” window in webmail, you’ll see a new AI Assistant button.

Using it is simple:

  • Instructions: Tell it what you need. (e.g., “Reject this refund request politely but firmly, referencing our 30-day policy.”)

  • Tone: Select the vibe—Professional for clients, Friendly for partners, or Direct for vendors who missed a deadline.

  • Context: Toggle “Read email I am replying to” so the AI understands exactly what the other person asked, without you having to re-explain it.

The "No-Hype" Privacy Approach

We know many of our clients are hesitant about AI because of data privacy concerns. “Is my proprietary data training a public model?”

Because we built this plugin ourselves, we were able to configure our specific API integration to enforce a strict Zero Retention Policy.

  • No Training: Your email drafts and prompts are not used to train the AI model.

  • Transient Processing: The data is sent securely to the processor (Groq) to generate the text and is immediately discarded. You can verify this in the Groq Data Retention Policy.

It gives you the speed of modern AI with the security standards you expect from Carl’s Consulting Agency.
