Your VoIP extension includes a web-based dashboard called the User Control Panel (UCP). This portal allows you to visually manage your extension, listen to voicemail messages, and view your complete call history directly from your computer, without needing to use the menu system on your physical desk phone.
Please follow the steps below to access and use your UCP:
Step 1: Log In to the Portal
Navigate to the unique VoIP URL provided during your onboarding (usually formatted as https://voice.yourcompany.com/ucp).
Username: Enter your assigned username (often your extension number).
Password: Enter your UCP password. (Note: This is different from the numeric PIN you use to check voicemail on the physical phone.)
Step 2: Check Voicemail
Once logged in, locate the Voicemail widget on your dashboard.
Listen: Click the Play button (►) next to a message to listen to it through your computer speakers.
Manage: You can download the audio file for your records or click the Trash Can icon to delete the message. This will instantly remove the notification light from your desk phone.
Step 3: View Call History
Locate the Call History widget to view a detailed log of your activity.
Inbound/Outbound: View all received, dialed, and missed calls.
Search: You can filter the list by date or phone number to find a specific call record.
Pro Tip: Lost your UCP Password? If you cannot remember your login credentials for the web portal, you can often reset them yourself if your email is linked. Otherwise, please a Support Ticket with the category VoIP Support, and we will reset the web password for your extension.
